The auction house has estimated its sale at about $4,000,000. There are a total of 15 coins in this set of Early Dollars with the 1804 the final piece.

The metals have remained strong, sustaining the higher levels over the past few weeks; with every dip there seems to be a rebound. With Silver now maintaining at over the $24 mark, premiums have drifted lower as buying and selling appears to be more in balance with a plentiful amount of product available.

Gold is currently at $1,914.50 in morning trading and Silver is at $24.30. Proof one ounce Gold Eagles in the OGP are trading at about $2,050 to $2,075 among dealers. Proof Silver Eagles are steady at $46. Bags of 90% Silver coins are wholesaling at $17,175, while VG+ Silver Dollars are trading at $23,225 by the bag of one thousand.
