POST TO NUMISMEDIA
ONLINE AUCTIONS
Entries are submitted directly to the NumisMedia Online Auctions. Please note that by posting a coin in NumisMedia Online Auctions for bid you are making a contract between you and the buyer. Once you enter a coin or lot up for auction, you may not retract it and must sell it to the highest bid.
NumisMedia members may post to auction from their inventories in the NumisMedia Database. Download the Microsoft Excel file - Database2000.xls

Posting Instructions:
First, you will need to select an entry method, enter your member dealer code, and then click "Post to Auction". A bidder alias and password will not allow you to post to auction. Only Members of NumisMedia may post coins (and miscellaneous items) to NumisMedia Online Auctions. Members are legitimate coin dealers with extensive backgrounds in numismatics and are prescreened by the staff of NumisMedia for the benefit of auction bidders.
From the drop-down box on your personal post to auction page, select a category from the listed series.
Next, complete the post to auction entry form; some information is required.
On the following screen you will need to confirm your listing and complete the transaction by clicking the "Complete Post to Auction" button.
Cost of Posting and Selling:
There is no additional cost for Members of NumisMedia to post and sell coins (or Miscellaneous Items) on NumisMedia Online Auctions. Once again, a bidder alias and password will not allow you to post to auction.
Scheduled Member Featured Auctions:
NumisMedia offers auctioneers an opportunity to showcase their coins in our high-visibility Scheduled Featured Member Auctions. Member Auctions are highlighted on the NumisMedia Home Page, Auctioneers Page, and will appear at the top of the Featured Auctions page (on the day of the auction) in addition to the regular, non-featured listings.
Members receive two free scheduled auctions per month, additional scheduled auctions are $10.00 each.
Members must first post coins to auction, all within an hour period, before requesting the scheduled auction.
Scheduled Auctions are required to have at least 10 coins.
Scheduled Auctions duration must be at least 7 days.
New member dealers must post coins for one month and be in good membership standing to schedule auctions.
